Modeling Selfcare for Our Clients

$150.00

Join us for a rejuvenating one-day retreat designed to help psychotherapists deepen their understanding and practice of self-care. Held at a serene travel destination, this retreat offers a balanced combination of learning, reflection, and experiential self-care activities. Therapists will explore ways to maintain their well-being while modeling healthy self-care practices for clients. Through interactive sessions and mindful self-care exercises, participants will walk away with practical strategies they can incorporate into both their personal and professional lives. Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the critical importance of self-care in preventing burnout and compassion fatigue in the therapeutic profession

  • Identify personal barriers to practicing consistent self-care and develop strategies to overcome them

  • Explore different dimensions of self-care (physical, emotional, mental, and social) and how to integrate them into daily life

  • Develop a personalized, sustainable self-care plan tailored to individual needs and work-life balance

  • Cultivate self-compassion as a foundation for long-term well-being and model it for clients
